We want you to be happy with your purchase. Because all of our products are made-to-order, we can only accept returns or replacements in the following cases:
- The product is defective or damaged
- There is a printing or manufacturing error
- You received the wrong item
How to Request a Return or Replacement
Customers must contact us within 30 days of delivery.
Please provide your order number and clear photos showing the issue.

Our Response
Once the issue is verified, we will offer either a full refund or a free replacement.
If a replacement is issued, we will cover all shipping costs.
Customers may be asked to return the defective item. In such cases, we will provide instructions and cover the return shipping.
Important Notes
Because each product is custom made, we cannot accept returns or refunds due to customer preferences (e.g., wrong size, color, or change of mind).

EU Customers – Right of Withdrawal
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
However, please note that our products are custom-made to order. Under EU law (Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(c)), the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.
As all our products are printed on demand specifically for each order, they are exempt from the standard 14-day return right. We will still resolve any issues related to defects or errors as described above.
